Arrived on the date he said and called when he was in route to my home. I will definitely be using this company again and will recommend them to others. The guy that came out explained what he would be doing and things I should and shouldn't do to help my septic tank system. I was charged the exact amount that was told to me when I called about having them come out. He took the time to show me just how bad flushable wipes are on your septic tank and what happens when you use them.
